MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION AND AGREEMENT

Our Company is a member of the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce (ITO). You can learn the professional code of conduct from www.ito.org.tr or by calling 444 0 486. To establish this membership agreement, simply enter the requested Membership Information and your chosen password, give the necessary approvals and/or permissions, and click the [Complete Membership] button or similar. We kindly request that you enter your name, email address/mobile phone number, and other required information correctly, completely, and accurately; if you notice an error, please correct it. If you notice any mistakes or omissions after completing the membership process, you can correct them in the "My Account" section accessible via the Member Login, or contact our Customer Service at +90 212 223 10 11.

Once your membership process is complete, we will send this Membership Information and Agreement (as a form-text) to the email address you provided in your membership details. It is also available as a form on our Site. A "personalized" version of the Agreement (with your specific data entered) may not be separately stored in our Company systems.

You may terminate your membership at any time by providing verbal or written notice to our Company through the communication channels listed above, without providing any reason or incurring any penalty; similarly, our Company may also terminate or suspend memberships for various reasons.

The Privacy Policy and Terms of Use stated below apply to the confidentiality, protection, retention, processing-use and destruction of member-customer information, commercial electronic communications, and other matters on our Company and Site.

- Necessary measures for the security of the information and transactions provided by members have been taken by our Company or the relevant institution in the systems and internet infrastructure according to the nature of the information and transaction. During your use of our Site, all credit card transactions and approvals are carried out online directly between you and the relevant Bank or Card Institutions, independently of our Company (information such as credit card "password" is not seen or recorded by our Company).

- Information entered for the purposes of site membership, product/service purchase, and information updates, as well as sensitive confidential information related to credit and debit cards, is not recorded and cannot be viewed by other internet users.

Our Company reserves the right to make any changes deemed necessary regarding the above matters and in the products, services, and opportunities it will offer to its members; these changes become effective as soon as they are announced on the Site or via other appropriate methods; all campaigns are subject to their announced terms.

We are happy to address any justified requests or complaints and all applications from our members. If not resolved, you may apply to the Provincial and District Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in your place of residence, within the legal monetary limits.
